To book a cottage,
we require :
1. A deposit of $500 per week booked
2. A post-dated cheque for the balance dated 60 days prior to the start of your holiday, or authorization to process the balance, on your VISA, Mastercard or American Express, 60 days prior to the start of your holiday.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be in writing. If some or all of the dates can be re-booked, you will receive a refund, prorated, less a cancellation fee of $75 plus PST and GST per week.
Number of People:
The maximum number of people (children and babies included) is 8 people. No Guests or Visitors or additional people, will be allowed without advance permission. No over crowding is allowed. You will be asked to leave with no compensation given for lost vacation time.
Linens and towels are not provided.
CLEANING:
You are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition you found it, including cleanliness. Cleaning supplies and a check list are provided. You are responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before you leave and removing your own garbage and recycling. It will be inspected as soon as you depart, so that it will be ready for the incoming guests. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your credit card plus an administration charge.
Sorry, No pets are allowed
Owners of pets will be asked to leave with no compensation given for lost vacation time plus a cleaning charge will be added to your credit card
No smoking inside the cottage. If you do, there will be a minimum smoke damage cleaning charge added to your credit card.
To get the keys, either an owner will there to greet you upon arrival or you will be supplied a combination to a lockbox where the keys are stored. The owners are just 30 minutes drive away in case you need them.
